It may not be unusual woth the headache and there may be some component of tension. The concern may be if you have changes in your mental status. You could try some massage and see if that helps.

Not feasible to evaluate the severity of your head injury based upon your post, but post-traumatic headaches seem to have developed. The light sensitivity brings up the concern of evolving migraines. If this continues, seek neurological attention.
