Dont breastfeed weed: Marijuana should not be used by breastfeeding moms. The active ingredient, THC, is concentrated in fat and therefore in breast milk. I would absolutely refrain from breastfeeding your son until you consult with his pediatrician. Its important to be very mindful of what you put in your body when breastfeeding. If you have any questions, use bottle & formula until the pediatrician says otherwise.
