Need more info: Sudden change? Tingling in arms and legs? Facial tingling not related to cervical fusion..Any weakness, balance, visual issues? Speech problems? See a doctor..Pcp to start out.

See below: This could be spinal stenosis at or above the level of the initial fusion. Discuss with your surgeon to see if the symptoms are related.

Think elsewhere: Neither problems at c5-6 nor at L1 would explain numbness and tingling in the face, body, and extremities. However, a problem in the brain or the junction of the brain and spinal cord could cause this.
