Two weeks ago i had surgery on my fractured penis. in still in tremendous pain but no more pain meds. can i apply ice or heat? what else can i do?

Try refills: It will not harm using warm compresses or ice. Ice usually is more in an acute phase of inflammation and warm temp more for improving irrigation, vasodilation and relaxation. Try both alternating if nothing else works. Call your MD for refills on you meds.
