Is it abnormal to have r and l supraclavicular lymph nodes that are 0.5 cm and moveable?

No: Since 2.2 cm measures one inch a 1/2 cm. lymph node is smaller than 1/4 inch. Several such nodes can be normally found without underlying pathology. If they progress in number, become painful or definitely enlarge to the 1 cm. size I would consider biopsy.
