A week ago i had citalopram upped from 20 to 40mg for anxiety and i'm feeling more anxious will this stop?

Normal: This is normal with increase ssri. In about 1 week you should better with less anxiety and you should feel like yourself again. If not, maybe something like Wellbutrin (bupropion) in combination with Celexa may help.
