New symptoms?: I assume that all of the above symptoms are new after starting citalopram? Antidepressants are powerful medications and affect everyone differently. Generally, it is ok to stop taking such a small dose, especially if it is making you feel worse. Speak with the doctor who prescribed you this medicine.

Talk w UR prescriber: Transient side effects can occur early on in treatment, but at 4 weeks they should have gone away. It sounds like you are not tolerating the medication very well. You are on a starting dose so you can stop it without problem, but the best advice would be to consult your prescriber to determine other options.
