Not from bumps: You are describing symptoms of an infection not an injury from a bumpy ride. I would recommend you see a doctor.

Not due to ride: Bumpy rides do not cause shivers and fever. Back and head pain with fever may be due to minor problems like viral infection, or severe problems like meningitis. A doctor should be consulted.
