Benign eye issues: likely a Pterygium, a non-concerning collection of extra tissue at the edge of the junction between the colored part and the white part of your eye. An eye doctor will be able to figure this out usually just by looking at it. It can grow and get in the way of your vision so you should get this checked out at your convenience.
