Possible pregnancy: This wouldn't be the most common date to conceive if you truly had a 28 d cycle, but given that you are using clomid, (clomiphene) having unprotected sex, have PCOS, and believe you have a +ve home pregnancy test -- it is quite likely that you are pregnant. I would proceed as if you are pregnant and respect the test and get into the doc if you don't menstruated in the next day or two.
