Possibly: Clomid (clomiphene) can certainly change your menstrual patterns, and it is meant to help you get pregnant, but the only way to be sure is to check a pregnancy test. Very early in pregnancy a urine test might be negative, so you should repeat a negative test in 2 weeks or get a blood test. Good luck!
