Yes and no: 30 year old female with chronic "bones cracking all over" absent pain likely has Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS) & should consult the Brighton criteria. A not insignificant percentage of women have this genetic variant, which has an association with fibromyalgia. Loose joints (loose ligaments) allow opposing bony edges to slip in and out of anatomical position and, as doing this, to crepitate.
