What is a better option than flomax (tamsulosin)?

2 groups: 3 groups of medicines for prostate enlargement symptoms:Alpha blockers e.g.tamsulosin(Flomax) & terazosin(Hytrin).5-alpha reductase inhibitors such as finasteride(Proscar)&dutasteride(Avodart).There is also Jalyn which has 1 of each of these 2 groups. 3rd group is PDE-5 inhibitors(Cialis). It varies from person to person which is better,but the 5-alpha reductase inh's take several months to work.
