Not too much: The mechanism of action of flomax (tamsulosin) does affect the lungs and blood vessels but not to the degree that the conventional drugs used to treat asthma and hypertension do. So if your asthma and hypertension are well controlled, there should be little or no problems. Talk it over with your physician Good Luck.
