Dont worry: Extra beats, particularly atrial (supraventricular) in a 22 yo, are benign and most of the times asymptomatic. When you feel them, they are described as palpitations. Do not obsess over them and move on. They are NOT important. Avoiding caffeine and stress are a good way of limiting them but you do not need a follow up Holter (ambulatory EKG)
