Depends on site: Hopefully this is related to the quantity of Juvaderm injected, which will absorb slightly over time and to the area of the face. I would check with your physician regarding the proximity of the injection to the facial nerve- hopefully this is not permanent-but you must be examined.

Temporary: Most dermal fillers begin to breakdown in 6-8 months and need to be redone. So they are not permanent. Tissue thicknesses and lip drape can impact on the smile display. See your Aesthetician to see if it can be evened out.

No worry: Hyaluronidase can be injected into the same area as the filler, and it will cause the filler agent to dissolve completely. Consult with your board certified plastic surgeon and discuss you goals and concerns with your Juvederm injection and ask about Wydase.
