Dust mite allergies: A common cause of nasal congestion, discharge and sneezing is allergy to dust mites. Mattresses and pillow can harbor large amounts of dust and mites, and can cause flare ups. Special mattress and pillow covers are available to reduce exposure while sleeping. Check for suppliers of Allergy and Asthma products.
