At least 8 hours: Younger people need more sleep,8-10 hrs.As you age,that number may come down a little to 7 hrs,in general.Remember,everyone is a little different.Listen to your body,and don't try to cheat it out of a good nights sleep.It will help your memory,health,mood,etc
