Unrelated: Whatever happening now have no relation to Masturbation last month. Even if u did it 1 hour ago,,, that does not cause this. Coming to Unable to achieve erection, penile pain etc, -- usually it psychological unless untill you had trauma or infection down there. D you see redness, any discharge? See doctor soon.
