I have pe(premature ejaculation),i'm 32 years old and i have this problem whole life.but now i cant control it anymore.i cant last at all,as soon as i get erection my penis tries to ejaculate by itself and i cant stop or control it.what to do?

See a urologist first, to assure no anatomic or neurologic explanation that can be treated or improved. If not, a sex therapist probably would be best approach. Good luck.

Try getting a local anesthtic spray to head of penis. squeeze the head of the penis at the time of feeling to ejaculate. It should improve gradually. If not please see a sex therapist- you might need to take pills and do some modification s in sex. Good luck
