Need more info: I don't think anyone here can help you without more information about the nature & cause of your problem. "Nerve damage" would be pretty unusual in an 18 yo, but if so, it's important to find the cause, such as diabetes or metal toxicity. See a doctor in person for evaluation. An Ayurvedic practitioner can give you individualized advice on how to treat this. Also consider seeing a good homeopath.

Unlikely from nerve: Nerve damage would have 2B spinal cord problem, from previous hernia or penile surgery, neurologic disease or prolonged pressure from narrow bicycle seat. Was diagnosis made by urologist experienced in erectile dysfunction or neurologist? They would be reliable, because nerve injury to penis would be quite uncommon. Certainly, there are no meds or herbal supplements which would help.
