None: L-Arginine is a Nitric Oxide donor that opens blood vessels to your muscles and causes your skin to feel prickly during exercise. It doesn't increase muscle mass directly. You still have to work out. I think 1000 mg prior to workout is a good way to improve blood flow to your muscles and get a better workout.
