Pleurisy: The change with breathing suggests pleura or diaphragm. Many causes for pain in that area include kidney stones, spleen, stomach, even colon , and infection,etc.

Ulcer is a good. ...: bet, a dose of antacid will give fast relief, so Dx made. If could B pulmonary in origin so a chest x-ray is a must. C an internist 4 a good eval.
