Stay hydrated : The pain is normal, as long as the wounds look ok. The diarrhea can be normal, but if you're running a fever or feel ill, see your surgeon and ask to check for C. Dificile colitis. The vomiting/diarrhea could be from a viral infection, or an abscess. You must stay well hydrated, and may need IV fluids. Best to call your surgeon for a more complete eval. Hope this helps!
