Not all that seriou: Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease but Cancer is not an issue with it that is worth worrying about. if there is some risk(which i doubt) it is miniscule.

True,but: Rheumatoid arthritis is associated with increase in some cancers. But the lifetime risk is small and depends on many risk factors, not just several joints, and usually severe disease requiring a lot of drugs for treatment that increase the risk.
