Yes, concern: Please tell your parents and your physician about this ASAP. I see that you're taking Strattera and/or Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) so these symptoms need to be reviewed carefully with your doctor.

Need immediate help: If you dd not have any psychiatric problem, auditory or visual hallucinations may be a form of petit mal epilepsy or an abnormal firing off of neurons in the occipital lobe (visual) or medial temporal lobe (auditory) areas of the brain. See a neurologist as soon as possible.
