I have blood clotting prothrobin gene mutation 20210a on walfarin and have birds nest ivc filter , filter has moved and 2wires broken is this danger?

Generally no: Filters can fracture and break but they generally don't completely dislodge. Unfortunately that doesn't give you a lot of comfort knowing that if is is not completely blocking then clot can continue. Your doctor may discuss with you filter placement proximal to current, removal and continue blood thinner.
