May increase INR: The combination may incease the inr, increasing the risk of bleeding. If you are maintained on a constant zoloft (sertraline) dose, the addition of warfarin can be monitored to limit the risk.

As above: Mixing ssri with warfarin can increase the bleeding time and therefore can be dangerous.
