Call, at least.: It may just be a stomach bug, but you are awfully early and it would be bad if you were in premature labor. You ought to call your OB or just go in a get checked. if you are dehydrated, the uterus will contract, but it usually doesn't do anything. So push fluids!

Call your OB: No. You have a common problem. You have a UTI. No need for emergency care. But paging your OB for instructions is in order.
