See your doctor: Sounds like you may developing a more severe (systemic) urinary tract infection at the noted by your diarrhea on top of lower urinary tract. For an infection, as systemic sounding as yours, you would be best served by being evaluated in person. Try to be seen as soon as possible as infections like these can get more severe very quickly.
