Abdominal pain: The cramping and burning pain with decrease hunger sounds like gastritis but the constipation and diarrhea sounds like IBS. You may have 2 processes going on. IBS is usually associated with stress. You can try an over the counter antacid to see if that relieves your burning if it does tell your doctor.
