Vomited only one time in the morning followed by high fever of more than 102 f with cold hands & feet that doesn't go away. have no diarrhea causes ?

Lots of things!: Your symptoms are non-specific, but fever is concerning. Gi-related problems can originate from the small intestine (crohn's, infection, partial obstruction), the colon (colitis, appendicitis, tb, altered motility), the kidney & collecting system (ascending infection, stones), ovaries, tubes, uterus, hernias that may contain bowel, bleeding, abscess...You get the point. Please seek evaluation.
