There are a few..: Long term use of NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and naproxen, among other prescription ones, can cause this. Also any kind of bacterial overgrowth in the bowel could also cause this. Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia is also a thought, but would likely have been seen on biopsy of the end of the small intestine. Did you get this diagnosis from a colonoscopy?If so, best to talk to your GI doc for more information
