Decreased: The TSH is low, indicating that you are on too much thyroid hormone. While taking thyroid hormone, the T4 level is only useful if the TSH is abnormal, to help gauge how far off the level is. Since your T4 is in the normal range, you should not need a large change in dose, just decreased by around 12.5-25 mcg daily, then recheck levels after 6 weeks.
