Liver enzymes: Considering there is no post op complications such an abdominal biloma that will be rule out by a ct scan of the abdomen and if there is no fever nor night swet and your symptoms are persist after surgery, biloma will be low in the diferentials, i would consider hepatitis or pancreatitis as one of the possible dx.

You need a good doc: If a cholecystectomy did not solve your vomiting, your gall bladder was likely not the issue or there are complications. Unless you are severely diabetic, poor gastric mortality is not likely the problem but i would continue the motility meds if they are helping. You need to see the surgeon who removed your gall bladder ;/or a good GI specialist to sort this out as it can be quite complex.

Don't know: You need to see your doctor about this. It may be a serious issue. Good luck.
