Not related: Neuralgia, neuropathic pain are not related to lymph nodes. Lymph nodes help your recognize and fight infections and they are important part of your immune system. Swollen lymph nodes usually caused by infection, inflammation, autoimmune disorders or neoplasm. Rec.: see your physician for lymph nodes evaluation, tests and treatment (if needed).
