You need to get seen: You may have strep throat and treatment is essential. Urgent cares are cheaper than ER's. Also, often a doctor's office may be affordable or a community health clinic. See a doctor: You need to be seen by a doctor as you may have a viral or bacterial infection. If the latter is the case you may need antibiotics. Urgent care centers or hospitals will treat you and help set you up with insurance.
