Question unclear: At your stated age (19), BP should be maintained with rapid HR up to about 200 bpm. BP monitors often make errors when measuring BPs during an irregular rhythm and that may be why yours is reading low. You may be measuring your BP at times when there are extra (ectopic) beats. Try to remeasure during regular rhythm.
