Good idea: First, if any doubts with your history of CAD you should go. BP is high but not dangerous in the short term. The irregular rhythm though...Is this new? If so, then it could be atrial fibrillation which needs to be looked at or it could be pvc's which could be a sign of new blockages. Either way it makes sense to get seen right away.
