Many things: Feeling fatigued and drained is more common than you would believe. Sometimes it's situational - related to your mood, stress level, etc. other times it can be related to anemia (can be caused by heavy periods or other types of blood loss), thyroid dysfunction , pregnancy and many many more. Try to keep track of what you have done differently and see your doctor.

Great info from: Dr Michel . There are many possible reasons for feeling drained. See that you take escitalopram. If you have depression that is a common cause. Your doctor can help to work up - to pinpoint the cause.

Exercise: You may try low intensity exercise to see if it improves your mood as well as the feeling of tiredness. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
