Maybe but be careful: I'm not sure a flight can necessarily affect the splenic hematoma in a good or bad way. Generally I would avoid any high contact activities. Also in relation to traveling- I wouldn't do any heavy lifting that might strain your abdominal muscles. If you have to fly please take these precautions.
