Get seen: GFR as reported by labs is a subscientific number that was never intended for individual use. The fact that it's tweaked 25% for black people "because African-Americans are more muscular" conveys some sense that it means little. This being said, I suspect you've given yourself an interstitial nephritis from your use of Motrin &amp; need to be evaluated by a competent nephrologist.
