Many possibilities: Need to determine cause of the insomnia. Can include: stress, illness, emotional or physical discomfort, factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures, depression and/or anxiety. Maintain regular sleep schedule, avoid caffeine, avoid late night exercise and late meals. May try herbal caffeine free tea, melatonin, warm glass of milk. Best to avid prescription medications.
