Yearly GYN checkup: Currently, the recommendation is a yearly GYN checkup, which includes a breast and pelvic exam. Either a PAP smear every 3 years or a PAP with HPV test every 5 years if you have had at least 3 normal tests before. yearly mammograms start at 40 years old.
