How deadly can be a big mass in the uterus as detected by ultrasound?

It depends: It depends what the mass actually is. Most of the time they are fibroids, which can grow large and cause symptoms, but are benign. Often US cannot tell what the mass is, and additional imaging such as MRI is performed for further evaluation.
