Can you tell me how i could get an absess to burst on its own?

Bad idea: An abscess is a severe infection. If it is spreading it is destroying bone and gum tissues. You can become septic (life threatening) as infection spreads through circulatory system. If you puncture the "gum boil" it will quickly close, and you'll be at risk again. You need professional treatment...NOW...this is not a DIY project. Call Dentist before you wind up in ER.
