Soaks: If have not seen your doctor see them.Usually abscesses the best course of action is to drain them and that one is draining.If near the anus I would be concerned for more serious perirectal abscess-more serious.I would do sitz baths-salt and warm water to promote drainage and warm compreses also to keep open and draining.
