Avoidance: Panic attacks while high on drugs is a red flag that you need to pay attention to. In some cases the anxiety can become permanent. Avoid getting high. Take care.

The Sympathetic part: of your central nervous system is setting of alarms. The Parasympathetic part of your CNS slows things down, a yin and yang sort of balancing act our body does. I mean this respectfully, but you need to stop getting high. Use a book and technique called the Relaxation Response by Herbert Benson and you will make out better. Peace and good health.
