Panic attack: Depends on what you got high on? It can damage the area of the brain that produces emotions and panic attacks usually in connection to other areas of the brain stem. If the damage is permanent a general rule of thumb is that brain cell do not reproduce although there is some data to suggest otherwise. Avoid drugs, and get a brain scan to see if something can be located.
