Be seen: I would recommend you be seen in follow up. A "Hill-Sachs" lesion is a small fracture that occurs in the humeral head, often happening in conjunction with a shoulder dislocation. The labrum is a soft tissue cartilage cup shaped structure that helps hold the shoulder in place and the front of it has been torn. Both problems can be associated with pain and recurrent instability.
